If you're ever visiting Seattle, you must go to Molly Moon's. Their salted caramel ice cream is one of my favorites – so rich that I'm happy with just a spoonful. Linda and I went to a demo & book signing today at Book Larder and left with ice cream samples in our stomachs and signed copies of the new cookbook in our bags.
A funny little story – Molly told us that back when she only had one ice cream shop, she & her younger sister would be up until 4 a.m. smashing strawberries for the balsamic strawberry ice cream, and, delirious, they'd joke about "giving the strawberries massages."
