Last week, I was given a little tour of Caffé Vita and got to see how their coffee beans are stored, roasted, packaged, and brewed. They really, really care about good coffee here; it's evident in the way they talk about it and the way they run their company. Here's a peek at the café and the goings-on behind the scenes...
That last photo is of their office dog. What a cutie, right? Anyway, I left Caffé Vita with an even greater love of coffee, as well as a bag full of something new for Mignon – more on that tomorrow.
