...was gratin dauphinois (from The French Chef DVD), roasted veggies (parsnips, zucchini, red bell pepper, and onion, with olive oil and salt and pepper), and chocolate cake (dusted with confectioner's sugar and eaten with vanilla ice cream).
In an effort to cook more (and photograph more), I might start blogging about some of our homemade meals. What do you guys think? Hopefully I can recommend some good recipes along the way...
